This album is the no.9 3rd album released in 2003.

Early masterpiece which spreads from simple and minimal music to catchy pop music in a wide range.
Although many sampling is used, the style feeling nostalgic warmth is full of no.9 likeness.

すでに廃盤となってしまっているこの作品はアメリカ・シカゴのレーベルLocustからリリースされた。

no.9の初期作品として現在のスタイルを感じさせつつも、
アブストラクトヒップホップ、サンプリングミュージック、当時のミニマル、ジャズ、現代音楽などの香りを残す。

現在も使用しているサインウェーブはこの作品から多用され、
ラストを飾る16:34にも及ぶAnd Laughでは、no.9自身のガットギターとサインウェーブによる演奏が現在のno.9 orchestraなどでのライブのきっかけになった。
サックスは山頂瞑想茶屋として活躍するShin Sasamaの演奏。

ジャケットはTakagi Takemitsu（SIMONE）が手がけた。
ブックレットには各楽曲ごとに友人たちのアートワークが掲載されている。
